    All prices include GST. The displayed prices will be retail. You will receive a Tax invoice via email. Trade or wholesale customers can fill out trade/wholesale form online, once received and reviewed we will provide you a discount voucher.

  • Is your underglaze safe?
    Yes, all our underglazes are tested in certified lab and MSDS is provided.
  • When will we know when a product is back in stock?
    Please ensure you hit the "notify when available" button on the product page and fill out your email address, and you will receive an update in your inbox when the item becomes available.
  • I ordered an item listed as “pre-order.” When will it arrive?
    Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
  • Anything else I should know about pre-orders?
    Yes! If you do place a pre-order from our store, please note the following:   Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship. The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand. While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
  • How quickly will you despatch my order?
    We make every effort to promptly ship your orders. We strive to ship your order within 2 business days.
  • Can I pick up orders?
    Yes. You can choose store pick up, we are based in Castle Hill NSW. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will get an email notification.
  • What freight carriers do you use?
    We use the following carriers for most consignments depending upon weight and size: Australia Post, TNT and Aramex.
  • How much is the shipping?
    We offer flat rate shipping of $10.95 for all orders in NSW, $13.95 for ACT, VIC & QLD, $16.95 for the rest of Australia and $29.95 for all NZ orders. Free shipping for orders over $89 in NSW, and $139 for ACT, VIC & QLD, and $169 for the rest of Australia and $199 for NZ excluding pre-order items.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you placed an order from our website, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with shipping tracking will follow once your order is picked and packed.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    We currently only ship to New Zealand other than Australia.
  • Can I return goods?
    a) Goods returned for exchange due to our error would be accepted freight forward using the original carrier. Contact us in the event goods are damaged or incorrect. We will email you a label which will require you to print and attach to the goods for return. b) At our discretion, we may accept returns in other circumstances provided they are unopened, unmarked and returned freight paid. The exception to this is for any custom, non-standard sizes or orders that require a special production run. At no times can we accept returns of goods that have been stored outdoors.
  • Damaged goods, lost in transit
    We will not consider any claim for damaged Goods or for short or incorrect delivery unless we are notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of Goods or within 14 days of dispatch date in case of non delivery.
  • Do I have to create an account before I purchase?
    No you do not, checkout may be completed with no account. However, to track shipping you will need to follow the email link to log in and provide a password, which in effect creates an account. 
  • I'm having trouble logging in
    If you have forgotten your password please select the ‘reset password” option on our log in page. If you don’t already have an account with us but want one you will have the option to create one at checkout.
